I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience—and for the past five years, I’ve specialized in treating anxiety disorders, including OCD. My passion for this work comes from personal experience. I’ve walked the path myself, navigating OCD-like symptoms and panic disorder, and I know how overwhelming and isolating it can feel. That lived experience gives me a deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a clear understanding of what truly helps. I don't just offer support—I guide from a place of knowing.


My approach blends Western psychology with Eastern philosophy. I integrate mindfulness, meditation, somatic work, and gentle yoga when appropriate. I’m also trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for anxiety and OCD. My sessions are practical and grounded—you’ll leave with tools, insights, and meaningful steps to take outside of therapy.


Beyond the therapy room, I regularly teach yoga and meditation, and I lead transformative retreats centered around mindfulness and holistic healing. I’m a proud mom of two amazing grown sons—my greatest accomplishment. I’m also a foodie who believes food is medicine, a nature enthusiast who finds peace in hiking and kayaking, and a homesteader raising chickens and growing a huge garden.


My mission is simple: to help you reconnect with yourself, move through the hardest parts of your journey, and find peace, resilience, and purpose along the way.

Lotus Healing Center was created as a thoughtful response to a mental health system that often prioritizes symptom management over true safety and meaningful self-connection. Recognizing the shortcomings in traditional approaches, this center aims to provide a sanctuary for healing that is deeply rooted in holistic practices and compassionate support. This space exists for those who are exhausted from the relentless pressure to simply “push through”—surviving rather than thriving—and are now ready to embark on a journey of healing that genuinely honors their body, respects their boundaries, and taps into their inner wisdom. Here, individuals can discover transformative paths that foster resilience and authentic well-being.
