Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a quick and effective form of treatment that uses the power of your subconscious mind to transform your life.  Because you are making changes in the subconscious mind, it is an effective way to help you kick old habits, limiting beliefs, and self-sabotaging behaviors that inhibit your growth. 

Hypnosis is a highly relaxed or restful state that we have all been in from time to time.

Have you ever been driving and been so zoned out that you missed an offramp?  You were in hypnosis.

Have you ever been so entrenched in a movie that you felt like you were part of it and you spaced out to the rest of the world around you?  You were in hypnosis.

For me, it feels like I am in a very deep meditative state.  You are aware of what is happening, in control of your behavior, and the suggestions you are receiving.  Meaning, if you are uncomfortable with a suggestion being given, you can reject it.  I can't, and I would never make you bark like a dog or do any other extreme behavior outside of your comfort zone.

Everyone can be hypnotized, and it is helpful for a variety of issues.  I use hypnosis in conjunction with my clinical skills and expertise to help you move past places in your life where you might feel stuck or addictions/behaviors you just cannot seem to break on your own.

Doing inner childhood work is beneficial for  increasing positive self-worth and self-esteem—moving past limiting beliefs about yourself or your future—breaking self-sabotaging behaviors and improving your overall ability to meet or exceed your goals.
